Lumielle by Simple Clinic, an AI-assisted clinical note-taking tool that may be used during consultations to support accurate record keeping. Use of Lumielle is voluntary and you may opt out at any time by notifying your practitioner before your appointment.
Pathology and functional testing providers, including iMedical and Microba, and on occasion other providers such as RN Labs and Nutripath, where testing is requested as part of your care.
Referring or treating practitioners where referral or collaboration is required as part of your care and with your knowledge.

Clinical Record Retention
Clinical records are retained in accordance with applicable Australian legislation and professional standards. As a general guide, adult records are retained for a minimum of seven years from the date of last entry.
