Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We value and respect your time and ask that you extend the same courtesy to our practice.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling request.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, or if you fail to attend your appointment without notice, the full prepaid consultation fee will be retained and is non-refundable.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
Practitioner Qualifications
Skye Bartley holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) with Distinction from Endeavour College of Natural Health and is a registered practitioner with the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA).
Services are provided in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Non-Registered Health Practitioners and all applicable Australian laws and professional standards.
Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
To support accurate record-keeping and allowing your practitioner to remain fully present during consultations, Skye Bartley Naturopathy may utilise Lumielle by Simple Clinic, a secure artificial intelligence-assisted clinical note-taking tool.
Any information processed through Lumielle is managed in accordance with Australian privacy legislation and relevant professional guidelines to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal information.
Participation in the use of AI-assisted note-taking is entirely voluntary. If you do not wish for Lumielle to be used during your consultation, please notify your practitioner prior to or at the commencement of your appointment. Alternative note-taking methods will be used instead.
Your decision regarding the use of AI-assisted note-taking will not impact the quality of care, service, or support you receive.
Payment Terms
All online appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices issued following consultations, purchases, or services must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice date.
Failure to make payment within the specified timeframe may result in delayed access to services, treatment plans, recommendations, or future bookings.
Payment plans may be available for selected packages at the discretion of Skye Bartley Naturopathy. If you require a payment arrangement, please discuss this directly with your practitioner prior to purchasing a package.

If you are accessing telehealth services from outside Australia, you are responsible for ensuring that doing so complies with the laws and regulations of your location.
