Love and connection.
It’s a human need.

There’s research showing disconnection, isolation and a lack of love to have significant negative health impacts. These impacts can be equivalent to smoking 15 cigarettes a day.

Despite our need and desire to love and connect, it can also trigger a lot of fear in people.

It can mean taking risks, putting yourself out there, being vulnerable and risking rejection.

But it’s worth the risk. The more you put yourself out there, the easier it becomes. Find yourself first, then find your people.

One of the things that brings me the greatest pleasure is working with people to help build that connection. To reawaken that love for themselves, to assist them to overcome their social anxiety and feeling of isolation, to support them to reconnect with their partner and enhance the loving and intimate relationship.

Reach out if you need support in these areas.
